AEIPL makes available a number of services and products to you on this Website (“Services”). To use the Services, you will need to register on the Website, pay any applicable fees, and obtain an account and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account(s), and password(s) and for all activities and liabilities associated with or occurring under your account(s), and password(s). You agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form (such information being “Your Data”), (b) maintain and promptly update Your Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Note that the account is sold only to you and you are to be the sole user of the account. The licence granted to you hereby to use/access this Website and your registration on this Website and subscription to the Services are personal to you and not capable of assignment, transfer or transmission on death.
AEIPL uses proprietary, licensed third-party technologies and free technology products. While all attempts are made to ensure stability and availability of technologies used by AEIPL, the company cannot guarantee uptime. You are solely responsible for all service, telephony and/or other fees and costs associated with your access to and use of the Services and for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment required for such access and use.
For each program you may have enrolled, a final assessment will be done at the end of the program and on successful completion you will be granted a certificate. Each program has different criteria for successful completion. The decision as to successful completion of any program would be at the sole discretion of AEIPL, and you would not be entitled to challenge the same.
Please note that AEIPL is not affiliated to any university, institute or other training organisation, and our program certificates are not a substitute for a degree certificate.
Account Access; Identity Protection
In order to provide you with ease of access to your account, AEIPL will place cookies (small text files) on any computer from which you access the Website. These cookies are used to identify you throughout the Website. While some cookies will be destroyed when you close the browser or logout of the Website, some cookies might remain. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You are warned against sharing your account password with other people as this constitutes breach of your contract with AEIPL and you may be prosecuted. Also, if you decide to share your account with other people, you take full responsibility for their actions. Users of public or shared computers or unprotected mobile devices should log out at the completion of each visit to the Website. If you find that you’re a victim of identity theft and it involves an AEIPL account, you should notify customer service. Then, you should report this instance to all your credit card issuers, as well as your local law enforcement agency. AEIPL reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the subscriber in order to protect itself and its partners from what it believes to be fraudulent activity. AEIPL is not obligated to credit or discount a membership for holds placed on the account by either a representative of AEIPL or by the automated processes of AEIPL. You must not use a username or password which does not belong to you or attempt to ascertain someone else’s username or password through illegal or unethical means. AEIPL reserves the right to terminate your registration or disable any username and/or password whether allocated to you/ chosen by you, at any time without notice, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these ToU. Note that AEIPL never e-mails you or contacts you to ask for your password. If someone contacts you, do not disclose your password and inform AEIPL immediately.
Third Party Content
Third party content is used in Learning Infinite programs to enhance the overall learning experience. The copyright and usage of such content are governed by their respective carriers and/or authors. You are advised to check thoroughly and independently before making use of the same for any other purpose than as a part of the program.
The Learning Infinite logo and Learning Infinite.com are trademarks or service marks of AEIPL. The Website, including but not limited to its graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names constitute trade dress of AEIPL. The trademarks, service marks and trade dress of AEIPL may not be used or reproduced without prior written approval from AEIPL and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with AEIPL, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, in any manner that dilutes the rights of AEIPL, or in any manner that disparages or discredits AEIPL. Other trademarks that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by AEIPL. Any images of persons or personalities contained on the Website are not an indication or endorsement of AEIPL or any particular product or our service unless otherwise indicated.
Neither the posting of our intellectual property on the Website nor the licence permitting you to access and use the Website constitutes a waiver, transfer, assignment or license of the proprietary rights in the intellectual property to you or to any third party.
You may use the intellectual property on this Website only with the prior written consent of AEIPL or its respective owners, provided that you will acknowledge AEIPL as source and owner of the AEIPL intellectual property used and provide a clear stipulation to the effect that you have no proprietary right on the said intellectual property.
You shall further, at the request and expense of AEIPL, do all such things as may be reasonably required to assist AEIPL in taking or resisting proceedings in respect of any infringement or claim in relation to the intellectual property of AEIPL and in maintaining the validity and enforceability of the intellectual property of AEIPL.
You agree to hold any Confidential Information (as defined below) you obtain in confidence and, unless required by applicable law, not to make the Confidential Information available to any third party or to use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than as permitted by AEIPL through its prior written consent.
You agree to take all reasonable steps and implement all reasonable security measures to ensure that Confidential Information is not disclosed or distributed by you or your employees or agents in violation of the terms of this ToU.
For purposes of these ToU, “Confidential Information” means any and all information about AEIPL or this Website or about the information and contents about our training programs and other service, and about the contents, materials and databases forming part of the Website including without limitation, ideas, designs, codes, algorithms, programmes or other technical descriptions, data flow charts, logic flow charts, user manuals, data structures, formulae, improvements, know-how, techniques, R&D, specifications, prototypes, reports, agreements, technology and technical and manufacturing procedures, programmer notes, design rights, scripting, pricing/profitability models, strategies, forecasting models, intellectual property, policies and procedures, developments, plans, business plans, proposals, technical data, financial and marketing plans and customer and supplier lists and information and personal information about other users of the Website, which are (i) not disclosed generally to the public, (ii) accessible only through a valid username and password, and/or (ii) accessible only by way of reverse engineering, decompiling or dissembling the code of the Website.
Membership and Billing
Cancellation and Refund
We follow a strict No Refund policy unless otherwise specified.
AEIPL reserves the right to change prices without advance notice and to offer promotions periodically to certain group of customers and thus not available to all customers.
Note that when you authorise or accept a payment on this Website or use our offline payment facility:
- you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment source;
- you authorize us to collect and store it, along with other related transaction information;
- you also authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the payment source you designate for the transaction.
- you are responsible for and agree to reimburse us for all reversals, charge-backs, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by us (including costs and related expenses) that were caused by or arising out of payments that you authorized or accepted;
- you agree that in the event the payment source provided to us is dishonoured for any reason whatsoever, we shall be entitled to avail of all rights and remedies available to us against you under applicable law.
Note that AEIPL shall not be responsible for dishonouring of the cheque/ demand draft if they are left inchoate in any manner.
Until full payment (whether through offline or online payment facilities) for any service is received by us in our bank account, we would not provide you access to the relevant product or service. We will send you an e-mail confirmation of the receipt of the payment by us and the activation of the product or service after which the product or service would be accessible by you. In the event that you do not receive the confirmation from us within 7 (seven) days of making payment, it would be your responsibility to check with us that the payment has been received.
If you do not receive an online acknowledgement for a successful transaction, or if you receive an online acknowledgement for a failed transaction, please note that your payment transaction would have failed. This may be because (for offline payment) your payment source was returned dishonoured or (for online payment) you experienced a technical failure or interruption of service which caused your payment transaction to fail. In cases of failed transactions, you would have to restart the process and make the payment again. We would not be able to offer you any other remedy.
Duty to notify us
If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic payment/ transaction has taken place in respect of your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. Unless you submit the claim to us within 30 days after the charge, you will have waived, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims against us arising out of or otherwise related to the payment/ transaction.
We distribute subject content, and other animations and we reserve the right to display and promote the content or other information on our Website to you in any manner we choose in our sole and absolute discretion. In addition, the Website allows you and other third parties to post comments, give feedback concerning the services offered, our faculty/facilitators/experts, and subject content distributed by us. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information that constitutes part of the content expressed or made available by third parties on the Website are those of the respective authors or producers and not of AEIPL, ,or its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, or employees. From time to time, we test various aspects of our service, including service levels, plans, promotions and pricing, and we reserve the right to include you in or exclude you from these tests without notice.
By using the Learning Infinite service and providing us your e-mail address, you consent to receiving electronic communications from AEIPL. These communications will include notices about your account (e.g., shipping and receiving e-mails and other transactional information) and information concerning or related to our service, such as featured content or other announcements, or offerings. These communications are part of your relationship with AEIPL and you receive them as part of the AEIPL subscription. You further consent to receiving newsletters from AEIPL periodically on your e-mail address. Note that when required by lawful order, AEIPL shall be required to provide information on the contents posted or shared on the Fora to government agencies who are lawfully authorised for investigative, protective, cyber security activity. The information or assistance shall be provided for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution, cyber security incidents and punishment of offences under any law for the time being in force.
Limitations on Use
You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to the Learning Infinite service. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize the service, they may do so only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Unless otherwise specified, the content on the Website is for your personal and non-commercial use and we grant you a limited license to access the Website for that purpose. You may not download (other than through page caching necessary for personal use), modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information contained on, or obtained from, the Website without our express written consent. Fair Usage Policy
Every user must have his or her own operational account. Subscription abuse applies to usage of one account by multiple users, sharing training programs with others or booking many sessions and not showing up for them. These constitute a violation of the terms of service and AEIPL reserves the right to cancel a customer account or limit usage if there is suspected account abuse. If your account is suspended or limited please mail us at email@example.com. Cancelled or limited accounts are not entitled to any refunds for used or unused subscription services so keep your account login information confidential and private.
Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
Links & advertisements
Third party sites may link a site to the home page of AEIPL’s Website, provided that such third party sites must not:
(i) replicate content contained in the Website;
